WE CLEAN IT ALL, from your vents down to your trunk
lines, your A coil, where moisture is removed from your air.
This is the are where bacteria and mold readily grows. We also
clean your fan, and box.
After cleaning is completed, we apply an antimicrobial treatment,
which will help prevent mold growth up to two years. Due to
the fact that we provide this service to customers that have had
smoke and fire damage we have to have the ability to do a thorough
job. We can clean from the smallest to the largest system and
our customers include customers as large as the Chapel Hill school
system.
For the past couple of years we have had the
privilege of working with a toxicologist, from Chapel Hill. In
testing of air quality in the buildings at Chapel Hill school
systems and Hillsboro school systems insect parts were a factor in
poor indoor air quality along with mold. In cleaning air ducts
it's not unusual for us to find hundreds of dead insects in a trunk
line. When the dust and cells from the insects are airborne it
can cause allergies to flare. A thorough cleaning and
treatment can easily eliminate this problem. We use a 20 hp
vacuum to pull air through the system and outside, while our high
pressure air whips gently remove the debris from the side of the
ducts. We also are looking for areas where insect can invade
your duct system and enter our living space through your vents.

We have a new toy for my Air Duct
cleaning division. The duct camera can be sent into ducts and viewed
on screen to show all of the trash and contaminates that affect our
indoor air quality and health. We have used this in a million dollar
home and found that it had a 5 ft snake and skunk at war in the
