"I am writing this letter to say thank you to the Farm Bureau of Alamance County and thank you to First Call Cleaning and Restoration Inc. As you know recently my heating system messed up and the unit for a period of time, sent soot all over my house. Due to the fact that I was involved in my Sheriff's Re-election Campaign and was always gone by 5:00am each day and was not back home until after 11:00pm and my wife was staying with her dying mother, neither one of us noticed anything was wrong until in early December of 2010.

After realizing what had happened, I contacted Farm Bureau of Alamance County and they immediately responded by sending an appraiser out to look at the damages. My entire house was messed up along with all our clothing, curtains, and carpet. To say the least, this was devastating to my wife and I because of the timing of this disaster. The next thing I know, Farm Bureau of Alamance County had contacted Mr. Bill Stewart of First Call Cleaning and Restoration. Mr. Stewart sent one of his employees, Mr. Hugh Sharpe to handle this entire mess. I cannot say enough about how Mr. Sharpe handled this situation. The service that was rendered and the employees and the companies used by First Call was unbelievable. This huge headache was really made very bearable by First Call. Also, during the restoration my wife's mother passed away and one could not ask for any more compassion that what Hugh Sharpe and First Call possessed and showed to my family. I know many times all you hear is the bad, but I would like you and Farm Bureau of Alamance County to know how much I appreciate everything that was done in this case.
